Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled DevOps / SRE Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-native platforms. In this role, you will work closely with development and platform teams to deploy applications on Kubernetes, automate infrastructure, and ensure high availability across cloud environments.
This position offers hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud platforms, making it ideal for engineers passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ensure system availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Collaborate with development, QA, and platform teams to streamline release processes.
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Continuously improve system resilience and operational efficiency.
Required Skills \& Experience
3- 6 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and system administration.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
Nice To Have
Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
Exposure to Helm charts.
Understanding of SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
Cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
Education
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification.
