Collaborate with stakeholders and executive management teams in quality control of the User Experience area
Participate actively in defining future User Experience maturity level and UX Governance for Volvo Group
Develop agile ways of working in business critical and strategic areas, interacting with senior management and multiple TD/BAs
Provide training towards management teams
Be a proven specialist within agile area
Lead, mentor and share experience with agile coaches
