Job Description:We are looking for an Infrastructure Data Cabling/ CCTV Engineer to join our team and be the crucial link between customers, contractors, and our operations. Must have their own Van \& Tools (Combi Drill, SDS Drill, Punch down tool, Toolkit Set).
Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and configure equipment or systems according to specifications, plans, or manufacturer guidelines.
Working at heights is involved (WiFi Access point replacement or related).
Working on infrastructure, patch panels, fiber splicing, and CCTV installation.
Experience installing IT, AV, security, or telecom systems.
Safely load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and products to and from job sites.
Follow technical instructions, blueprints, or layout drawings, schematics, and manuals during installation.
Experience in networking, telecom systems, or infrastructure installation.
Understanding of remote monitoring systems or IoT technologies.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure installations meet requirements and expectations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively, often working independently.
Qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
IT Related Certifications? (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
An ECS/CSCS card is a must.
