We are looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Developer to build a HR.
The scope includes system architecture design, frontend and backend development, and UI/UX design. The application will also include AI-powered features, which will be developed by our internal team. The developer will need to actively collaborate with our team to integrate these AI features into the system.
Responsibilities:
Design the overall system architecture
Develop a scalable backend and APIs
Build a clean, responsive frontend
Design intuitive UI/UX tailored for HR users
Work closely with our AI team to integrate AI capabilities
Participate in technical discussions and requirement refinement
Requirements:
Strong experience in full stack development
Ability to design and build systems end-to-end
Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies
UI/UX design experience is a strong plus
This is a project-based or contract role, with potential for longer-term collaboration.
