About the Role
The International Manager is responsible for delivering profitable growth across NZ Couriers’ international services. This role owns the commercial performance of the international portfolio and ensures the business delivers a premium service experience aligned with our brand.
You will work closely with sales, operations, and external partners to ensure strong market positioning, effective supplier engagement, and disciplined execution of strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable growth by delivering revenue, margin and EBIT targets
Lead pricing, quoting and commercial governance to protect revenue integrity
Manage strategic relationships with global partners
Ensure delivery of premium international service standards for customers
Own international product strategy and market positioning
Support sales strategy, pipeline discipline and key account growth
Lead, coach and develop a small team
What You'll Bring
Strong commercial and financial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue, margin and cost drivers
Strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute and deliver results
A data-driven decision-making approach
Proven experience managing supplier and customer relationships
Experience within freight, logistics, international shipping or related industries preferred
