Our Scope of Services
Newland Engineering Limited (“Newland”), established in 1977, is one of the major building services contractors in Hong Kong. We provide complete package of professional services covering design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance for full range of electrical and mechanical (E\&M) engineering services. Our expertise covers HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), electrical services (low voltage and extra low voltage system), fire services, plumbing and drainage services and building automation system.
Our Strength
Being registered as an approved HVAC and Electrical contractor in the government, Newland, with the support of a group of experienced professional engineers, has completed many large-scale projects. These include government buildings, commercial and residential developments, hospitals, schools and hotels. Over the years, our incessant strive to improve our management system resulted in obtaining an Integration Management System (IMS) Certificates, which comprises the following components:
ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System \& ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Requirements:* Certificate in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification local experience in the construction field;
Good command in English, Chinese (spoken \& written)
