**Whatâs the role?**
Opportunity for a Senior Product Commercial Enablement Manager to translate News Corps comprehensive digital product roadmap into a strategic enablement framework.
Reporting into the Commercial Product Director, this role will collaborate closely with Product Management and key stakeholders to develop and manage an overarching national commercial enablement strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategy Execution \& Operationalisation:** Lead the national execution and operationalisation of the commercial enablement strategy. This includes overseeing the creation of essential sales collateral, coordinating and delivering training sessions with relevant teams, and ensuring seamless implementation across all sales channels.
+ **GTM Strategy:** Develop GTM approach for product releases, working closely with Client Partnership (Sales and Operations) to support rollout.
+ **Team Leadership \& Development:** Directly manage, mentor, and develop our Commercial Product Leads (NSW/QLD \& VIC/SA), overseeing their daily activities and performance to foster a high-performing team.
+ **Market Leadership \& Relationship Building:** Serve as the primary commercial product lead for the National markets, building strong relationships with sales teams and key stakeholders. Youâll be instrumental in enhancing digital literacy and capability within these regions.
+ **Revenue-Driven Insights \& Feedback:** Ensure our Commercial Product Leads maintain a deep understanding of week-to-week revenue performance by product line within their markets. Youâll leverage this data to lead the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of sales and market feedback, transforming it into actionable insights for strategic review.
+ **In-Market Support \& Expertise:** Provide direct, senior-level digital expertise and support to the NSW \& QLD sales teams. This includes assisting with significant client brief responses and participating in key client conversations as required.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with the Director and Product Marketing Lead to ensure strong alignment between all enablement activities, marketing initiatives, and our overarching commercial product strategy.
+ **Product Lifecycle:** Comprehensively grasp the product lifecycle approach and provide regular input / market feedback to ensure releases meet the needs of the client market.
**Who are you?**
Youâre a strategic leader with a proven track record in commercial enablement, product strategy, or a similar field.
You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and driving change across an organisation. Your ability to translate complex product information into compelling sales tools and training is paramount.
