Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data ingestion, modeling, governance, and visualization.
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver data platform capabilities, balancing business value and data risk mitigation.
Champion data reuse, quality, and compliance across the data lifecycle, with a focus on access control, lineage, and analytics.
Leverage cloud-native technologies (containers, object storage) to enable advanced data analytics and governance.
Manage DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code to ensure seamless, secure deployments.
Apply hybrid project management (Agile, SDLC) to optimize resources and technical synergies.
Oversee third-party data products and vendors, integrating solutions into the data platform.
Ideal candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Data, or related fields.
8+ years in systems development, preferably in large enterprises (stronger technical/management experience for AVP level).
Hands-on expertise in software development, data technologies, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Scala, and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Tecent cloud..), relational/NoSQL databases, and data security tools (LDAP, OAuth, Keycloak).
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and enterprise data architecture (batch/streaming).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
