Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for buying office
Understand the brand nature and client needs for trims
Meet with clients to understand product requirements, specifications weekly
Translate client needs and collaborate with PD team in HK to develop new products
Handle inquiries and complaints from buying office
Collaborate with different departments to provide timely solutions to maintain satisfaction
Ensure trims or product features align with client expectations
Track development timelines from concept, sampling to delivery and give timely update
Maintain records of product development progress and client feedback
Report sales performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
Understanding of Brand Dynamics: In-depth knowledge of the brand and client needs regarding trims.
Client Management: Experience in meeting clients to gather product requirements and specifications regularly.
Product Development Collaboration: Ability to translate client needs and work with the Product Development (PD) team in Hong Kong to create new products.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in handling inquiries and complaints, collaborating with various departments for timely solutions.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that trims and product features meet client expectations and maintain high standards.
Project Management: Ability to track development timelines from concept to delivery and provide updates as needed.
Record-Keeping: Strong organizational skills for maintaining records of product development progress and client feedback.
Sales Reporting: Experience in reporting sales performance and analysing sales data.
