Backend Development Engineer
Job Descriptions:
Design and implementation of logistics automation solutions for B2B operational excellence and enhancement the level of customer satisfaction
To ensure systems stability and sustainability for the alignment of business strategies
Collaboration with stakeholders to diagnose and analyze per clients' requirements for innovative solutions
To know-how the latest trends & technology and to utilize the implementation among the supply chain automation industry
Job Requirements:
Bachelor holder or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
2-3 years' experience in IT development with at least 2 years of solid experience in backend development and database technologies, including Java, Spring, MVC, Linux commands, MySQL
Familiar with common design patterns and proven records of development experience in large-scale product development and high capacity
Strong technical vision and insight, excellent logical thinking, outstanding problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and as a team player
Experience in project planning, decision making, listen to clients' requirements for appropriate solutions
Strong skillset in natural language processing, text mining, data mining, and machine learning algorithms will be an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Frequent travel to Shenzhen is required
