About The Role
We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and can lead multiple software projects simultaneously. This role is focused on delivery execution — keeping teams on track, ensuring accurate estimates, organizing priorities, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project management experience in software-related environments, with the ability to context switch effectively across projects. You’ll act as the central point of accountability, making sure deadlines are met, reports are delivered, and client expectations are managed.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of multiple software projects, managing timelines, scope, and quality.
Hold bi-weekly client meetings to review sprint plans.
Host bi-weekly demos to present tested deliverables to clients.
Maintain project velocity and ensure timely delivery through QA to client UAT.
Ensure the team understands tickets, provides estimates, and stays accountable.
Collect and track team hour reports.
Keep clients within agreed scope; push back when necessary and make informed decisions.
Provide weekly status reports to the Operations Manager.
Ensure consistent and clear team communication across projects.
Use collaboration tools including/similar to Monday.com, Zoom, Otter.ai, and Figma.
Support adoption of AI-driven tools and processes to streamline delivery.
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience (software/tech environment preferred)
Strong delivery mindset: organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
Skilled at managing multiple projects and context switching effectively.
Confident communicator with experience handling client interactions.
Comfortable standing your ground on scope and timelines.
Some technical understanding (familiarity with developer tickets, agile tools, etc.).
Experience preparing reports and presenting updates to leadership.
Interest in AI and openness to using it in project workflows.
Nice to Have
Prior technical experience as a software developer.
Prior experience in fast-moving, dynamic teams.
Consultancy or contract-based project delivery background.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $48.00-$57.00 per hour
