Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing java enterprise applications using Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc. You will work in a collaborative environment, building scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Enterprise level applications using Java and related
technologies. On requirement basis should be comfortable with working on front-end technologies like JSP, Ajax, jQuery etc
2. Database Management:
Design and optimize relational databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other RDBMS, and ensure efficient data access and storage.
3. Testing \& Debugging:
Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and debug issues to maintain high-quality, secure, and performant applications.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with Product managers, Designers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery of features and resolve any challenges that arise during development.
5. Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for the software, including development workflows, APIs, and deployment procedures.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance development processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns, with expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, and Stream API.
2. Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development, with expertise in Spring MVC, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA, and Spring Security.
3. Fundamental understanding of frontend technologies such as jQuery, JSP, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript and on requirement basis should be able to develop applications using mentioned
technologies.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
5. Hands-on experience with any relational database such as MySQL, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Preferred MySQL and MS-SQL.
6. Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
7. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and development best practices.
8. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team environment.
10. Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
11. Preferred knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
12. Good-to-have experience with containerization tools like Docker.
13. Good-to-have understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
14. Good-to-have knowledge of IoT integration.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
