Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-performance algorithmic trading solutions using Java.
Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to deliver low-latency trading systems.
Ensure system reliability and performance in a high-pressure investment banking environment.
Key Requirements:
Programming Language:
Proficiency in Java is required.
Investment Banking Experience:
A solid background in investment banking is essential, specifically in the Prime Services division.
Algorithm Development:
Proven experience in algorithm development is a must.
Low Latency:
Strong understanding and experience in low-latency systems.
OMS:
Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
Equities:
Familiarity with equities trading is advantageous.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Ideally 15 years or more in software development, with a significant portion in financial services. Candidates with around 10 years of robust experience may also be considered.
Grade:
VP level preferred.
