Junior Full Stack Developer

Nisbets Limited are currently recruiting for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our Marketing – AI, Automation \& SEO team in Avonmouth and support the development of innovative internal tools that leverage AI to optimise marketing workflows and content creation.

This role will be based at our Avonmouth office, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern following a period of training.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is an opportunity for a technically skilled and curious individual with a passion for automation, AI, and modern web development.

You will work on new tooling initiatives, automated workflows and integrate AI models into marketing platforms to ensure tasks and outputs are accurate and relevant. You’ll also stay up to date with the latest frameworks and technologies, helping shape the future of our marketing tech stack.

Key Accountabilities

Assist in designing and developing internal tooling, automation, and AI applications (e.g., NLP for copywriting, workflow automation, translation models).

Write and maintain code using Python, Node.js, Next.js/React (or other relevant front-end libraries).

Integrate AI models into marketing platforms and validate outputs for accuracy and relevance.

Collaborate with the AI, Automation \& SEO Manager and Business Analyst to deliver effective solutions.

Work with departments to ensure tools meet specifications and enhance workflows.

Stay current with AI models and frameworks (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Langchain, N8N, Trigger.dev).

Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required

An educational background that contains computer science or programming

2+ years’ experience in software development or data science.

Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Go, NodeJS) and frontend libraries (e.g., React, SolidJS, Svelte).

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and automation workflows.

Understanding of marketing tech stacks (CMS, CRM, PPC platforms).

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
