Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute Non-Functional Tests including performance, alerting, monitoring, disaster recovery, backup restoration, and resiliency testing.
Analyse requirements and solution architecture, define test approach, and create reusable test assets to meet coverage standards.
Collaborate across teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, provide technical input, and improve processes or specifications where needed.
Work hands-on with Java-based scripts, including reading, modifying, and executing code as part of automated performance testing.
Must-Have Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in Non-Functional Testing with hands-on performance testing expertise.
Strong knowledge of JMeter and performance engineering best practices.
Ability to read, understand, and modify Java scripts for performance tests.
Proven experience in customising test approaches for large-scale enterprise applications.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS managed services), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Exposure to risk, audit, or regulatory compliance in enterprise applications.
Knowledge of capital markets, trading, or BFS domain.
Experience with Chaos Testing or AWS Fault Injection Services.
