Core banking systems and processes
Proven experience leading large teams (

) in complex delivery environments.
Strong background in
multi-vendor management
, governance, and performance oversight.
Robust experience in
budget planning
, cost optimization, and financial management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence
senior management

Strategic thinker with the ability to plan long-term technology initiatives while staying hands-on as needed.
