Our objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.
Join our team as a Data Architect for the IT Data domain within the CIO Data Analytics Platform (CIO DAP) at Group IT/CIO Office.
What you are going to do:
The Data Architect of the IT Data domain plays a strategic and tactical role in shaping the data design, organisation, and models for the NN Group IT Data. This includes ensuring alignment with the NN enterprise architecture function and supporting the implementation of data governance and quality standards for IT Data. The data architect is a key contributor to the development of reusable data products, defining authoritative data sources. The Data Architect oversees the data flows and usage of the data.
Key responsibilities:* Responsible that the organization complies with the data model and architecture guidelines of NN.
Ensures the Data Management solutions and data assets are supported by an architecture supporting NN’s overall architectural vision.
Defines standards and procedures for usage of data.
Defines the data lineage in conjunction with the enterprise and/or domain architects.
Sets and communicates Data Architecture guidelines and requirements.
Reviews and helps to create new and ongoing model changes.
Helps set and implement the Data Management strategy.
Supports Data Stewards and Custodians in resolving data incidents and issues.
Ensures the availability of a conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Designs, advises, develops and assesses the end-to-end data architecture.

Who you are:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role within an IT or analytics-focused organization.
Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Certifications in cloud platforms or data architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
