The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will lead the AI product strategy and execution across the organization. You will own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation, work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps, and discover new AI opportunities that drive business value.
Core Responsibilities
Online Customer Journey Design
- Lead the design of end-to-end customer journeys based on behavioral data and financial scenarios. Build a closed-loop product system spanning "prospect identification → personalized engagement → long-term relationship management."
AI Application Implementation
- Spearhead deployment of AI solutions including intelligent investment advisory, customer segmentation \& profiling, and automated marketing tools to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Bridge business and technology teams, translating financial expertise into scalable digital solutions. Drive alignment between product vision and technical execution.
Agile Product Development
- Lead or participate in agile development cycles, ensuring rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making. Establish key performance indicators (customer lifetime value, conversion funnels, retention rates) and use data insights to optimize operations.
Business Model Innovation
- Explore new online engagement models to reduce reliance on traditional offline channels, improve operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
Product Metrics \& Analytics
- Design and monitor core metrics throughout the customer lifecycle, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize operational strategies and product performance.
Experience \& Background
3-8 years of product management or operations experience at leading internet companies or fintech firms, with hands-on experience building or restructuring consumer-facing products from scratch or through major overhauls
Finance industry background (wealth management, securities) is a plus; understanding of compliance frameworks and high-net-worth customer dynamics is valuable
Global mindset and cross-cultural collaboration capability
