Lead Cloud Platform Administrator

Notified is adding a Lead Cloud Platform Administrator to the global technology team in Toronto. Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office, located at 155 University Avenue, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.

As part of a global Cloud Platform Team, your day-to-day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

CI/CD Pipeline Ownership

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloud platforms, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.

Tooling \& Developer Enablement

Maintain and optimize developer tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.) to improve efficiency and reduce friction.

Cloud Provider Management

Manage infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a focus on networking, compute, and storage at scale.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Build and manage Terraform/Ansible frameworks supporting automated deployments and configuration management.

Golden Image \& Artifact Management

Standardize and maintain base images, container templates, and build artifacts across environments.

Security \& Compliance Automation

Integrate security scanning, compliance checks, and policy enforcement into pipelines and tooling.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field required, or equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

Industry relevant certifications are highly desired

Experience

5-7 years in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.

Deep knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).

Hands-on experience with AWS services and ecosystems, including IAM, Organizations, networking, compute, storage, and monitoring.

Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Git-based workflows a plus

Familiarity with both Windows and Linux build environments.

Additional certifications that would be highly desired:

AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional

Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

Terraform Associate

CKA (if ArgoCD central; swap with Jenkins Engineer if Jenkins dominates)

AWS Security – Specialty
