Your future role

As a Product Manager, you’ll be the link between strategy and execution. You’ll develop and implement

marketing plans for both RX and OTC products across Belgium and Luxembourg

. You’ll translate opportunities and market trends into thoughtful campaigns and collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners.

Key responsibilities

Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans that drive growth and strengthen product positioning.

Monitor market trends and translate them into concrete actions, with a strong focus on omnichannel marketing.

Take an active role in organizing cycle meetings.

Support sales teams with product knowledge, tools, and training.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and patient groups.

Manage the marketing budget and assess the impact of your initiatives.

You are curious, entrepreneurial, and analytically strong. You think strategically but aren’t afraid to get involved in hands-on execution. You have a natural talent for communication and know how to inspire those around you.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in (bio)sciences, marketing, or economics.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing (RX and OTC).

Strong affinity with digital marketing and social media.

Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.

You are self-driven, flexible, and have a “can-do” mindset.
