is seeking an experienced
Lead DevSecOps Engineer
to guide a small, highly technical group and drive automation, security, and operational excellence across a mission-critical platform. High-growth, innovation-driven environment with global reach.
The Opportunity:
Lead a high-performing DevSecOps team of two engineers, with the mandate to
shape strategy and grow the function
.
Partner directly with executive leadership to influence company-wide automation, orchestration, and security practices.
Work with cutting-edge observability tooling such as
Datadog
, while ensuring compliance and security across all business units.

What You’ll Do:
Inspire \& Mentor
– coach and develop a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Drive Automation
– champion CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment practices.
Security \& Compliance
– oversee DevSecOps strategy and enterprise-wide security posture. desirable compliance frameworks -ISO27001, ISO42001 SOC2, NIST
Collaborate \& Influence
– work with senior stakeholders to align operations with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in
cloud infrastructure
, automation, and CI/CD.
Strong CI/CD expertise (Jenkins preferred) and scripting skills (Python ideal)
Solid AWS knowledge (CloudFormation/CDK, IAM, Lambda, networking fundamentals)
A collaborative, customer-focused mindset — proactive about automation and improvement
Demonstrated experience
leading or mentoring DevOps/SRE/Platform teams
(or ready to step into leadership from a senior engineer role).
Deep understanding of
security best practices
and compliance frameworks.
Excellent
