The Platform Engineering team is a collaborative, fast-paced agile team delivering secure, scalable cloud platforms. We are building solutions that automatically provision secure Azure infrastructure and support enterprise-grade data analytics environments.

We are seeking a Platform Engineer (Cloud Engineering Focus) with strong Azure expertise and automation capability to design, implement, and operate resilient cloud platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAzure Cloud Design \& Configuration* Design and configure secure, scalable Azure environments.

Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions using Bicep, Terraform, and YAML pipelines.

Work with Azure services including App Services, Key Vault, and ADLS.

CI/CD \& Automation* Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and automation workflows.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.

Develop scripting solutions using PowerShell and Python.

Cloud Security \& Remediation* Identify and remediate security risks within Azure environments.

Implement cloud security best practices and governance controls.

Operations \& Support* Manage operational escalations related to customer platform tickets.

Contribute to incident response and ongoing platform resilience improvements.

Project Planning \& Delivery* Contribute to project planning and implementation activities.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements aligned with strategic goals.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Demonstrate* Strong experience designing and configuring Azure cloud environments.

Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.

Experience with Azure Key Vault and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).

Knowledge of cloud security remediation practices.

Ability to work in Agile teams and manage competing priorities.

Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to Have* Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management.

Experience building automations and integrations across enterprise systems.

Exposure to software engineering practices (e.g., APIs, TypeScript, React).

Knowledge of containerisation (Docker) and cloud security best practices.

IaC or eager to learn IaC.
