We're seeking a Systems Engineer augmenting one of our government client's based in Canberra, due to the nature of the role, one must hold current NV2 clearance.

Initial 12 month contract, with view to extend - Australian Citizen with Current NV2 Clearance
Level 3 Systems Engineer with broad experience in Windows-based and Linux-based virtualised environments. Shared services or multiple resource proposals to fulfil the deliverables.
Working at NTT
Provide level 3 support for the resolution of incidents and issues.
Support the replication and development of resolution for issues.
Perform system monitoring and configuration compliance.
Perform level three support of production.
Review and update documentation and support and development environments.
Transfer knowledge to support personnel.
Administer and maintain support and development environments.
Contribute to training material development.
Baseline and maintain system configuration control.
Develop and maintain SOPs and BLI’s.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Experience customising and providing system administration for both Linux and Windows based servers and applications.
Experience developing and maintaining SOPs BLI’s and other technical documentation.
Experience with DEVOPS methodologies.
Ability to provide technical advice grounded in broader business requirements.
Prior experience with deployed systems.
Effective collaborative and team-based skills.
