🧠 The Role
NPX is looking for a
Data Analyst
to transform raw data into actionable insights, design and develop ETL pipelines, and create Power BI dashboards that help nuclear clients make informed decisions. Your work will provide clients with clear, valuable insights that drive safer, faster, and more cost-effective nuclear operations. This directly supports NPX’s mission to improve the nuclear industry through data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Drive
Own the analysis of customer reporting requirements to propose technical solutions and create reports that meet their needs.
Design and develop ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards that transform raw data into actionable insights to enable clients to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Partner with software developers, product managers, product designers, and IT professionals to enhance reports and dashboards, streamline workflows, and ensure solutions meet client needs.
Proactively identify and improve reporting processes, dashboard performance, and data pipelines to maximize quality, reliability, and usability.
Translate complex challenges into actionable plans, ensuring all analyses, dashboards, and reports continue to support safer, faster, and more cost-effective nuclear operations.
