OpenTofu/Terraform, Bash/Shell Scripting, AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), Containers, Salesforce Platform, (bonus points for familiarity with Java,

and play a central role in ensuring

reliability, scalability, and performance

across our systems.

Job Role and Responsibility

Scale and optimize existing systems and architectures to support growth and performance goals

Leverage AI and automation to boost development velocity, quality, and innovation

Contributing to DevOps, infrastructure, quality assurance, observability, and related initiatives to strengthen our technical systems and operations

Own platform/cloud infrastructure—design, secure, and scale AWS/k8s systems; drive GitOps with Terraform/OpenTofu; improve reliability and observability; partner cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.

Lead Salesforce DevOps—build and operate CI/CD with SF CLI; define environment strategy (scratch orgs/sandboxes), manage metadata vs. unlocked packages, and enforce quality gates with change governance.

Strengthen security and authentication frameworks in line with evolving customer and compliance requirements

Implementing new and improved features, employing best practices and code reviews of peers’ contributions

Participate in diagnosing \& resolving production issues to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction

Participate in an on-call rotation with your peers to ensure reliability \& timely resolution of critical issues

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical priorities with business objectives

Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement in engineering practices

Required Skills And Experience

4+ years scaling production SaaS platforms or distributed systems

4+ years of experience with Terraform/OpenTofu \& Kubernetes

Relentlessly leverage AI tooling to 10x efficiency — use generative AI for rapid development; turn hours into minutes and minutes into seconds with automation-first thinking.

Experience and/or certification with cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Strong experience with relational databases (performance optimization, sharding, indexing, etc.)

Proficiency in Bash, shell scripting, basic linux fundamentals

Familiarity with NoSQL technologies (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB)

Proven experience building scalable web applications \& microservices with best practices

A solid understanding of CICD systems for distributed services

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Commitment to high quality code standards and the GitOps philosophy

Preferred Qualifications

Strong Salesforce CLI (sf), Salesforce APIs, and CumulusCI experience for automated deployments, scripts, and environment orchestration.

Proven CI/CD with Gitlab, CircleCI, Github Actions; solid Git practices (PRs, branching, protected branches); quality gates with PMD/SFDX Scanner, Apex/LWC tests, and coverage thresholds.

Solid grasp of Salesforce metadata strategy, unlocked packages, dependency resolution, and profiles/permission sets management.

Environment strategy across DevHub, scratch orgs, and sandboxes; data seeding/masking, configuration drift prevention, and reliable rollback patterns.

Strong Terraform/OpenTofu and GitOps fundamentals; cloud expertise in AWS (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS) and Kubernetes (including Helm).

Practical observability skills (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana or Datadog), actionable alerting, and SLOs.

Security-first mindset: IAM/SSO, secrets management, least-privilege, and audit-ready change governance.

Ability to review and contribute to code/pipelines in Node.js/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
