We’re looking to engage a proactive and customer centric National Product Manager within our NZ Head Office in Auckland. In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to add value to the product lifecycle, driving profitable growth across Nufarm brands and be our go-to technical expert within key areas such as sales, margin, COGS, pricing, demand, supply, market share or complaint management.

Be the owner of strategy and campaign plans for our portfolio of products \& molecules. Working collaboratively to develop a strategy that is cross functionally aligned and can provide guidance for all business segments
Guide implementation of product strategies, receive feedback and continuously amend \& improve strategies for products \& molecules
Identify key areas of opportunity and growth across specific ranges/products and recommend strategic areas of focus to Customer Marketing Manager’s (CMM) for Above the Line (ABL) and Below the Line (BTL) support in addition to aligning with monthly Sales campaigns.
Coordinate the Nufarm Accredited Contractor Program and manage key accounts
Complaint management including liaising with sales team on customer complaints and providing technical information, coordinating product recalls where applicable and communicating with appropriate stakeholders.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders - Sales lead, Regulatory, Pricing Governance, CM ML to lead any recommendations to changes in pricing, labels, quality etc.
Partner with Portfolio group on new product development and co-ordinate relevant stakeholders to kick off launch plans to ensure CM team delivers in full and on time customer centric campaigns partnering with CMM. Bringing to life the 'technical' to the relevant audience eg the end user (grower) or channel partner to ensure CM deliver tailored messages.
Manage the product lifecycle across the allocated portfolio including recommending any label updates, packaging changes, elevating and communicating wider any quality issues and presenting solutions in addition to recommending product rationalisations.
You’re an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation skills who brings prior experience within a customer centric Product/Marketing role, ideally within the Agricultural industry. You’re comfortable operating in an agile environment and you enjoy variety in a role. You’re well versed in marketing principles and practices and ideally hold formal qualifications in Workplace Training \& Assessment.
