As a Senior Regulatory Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing regulatory strategies that support Nufarm’s product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to ensure our products meet compliance standards and deliver value to growers.

How You’ll Help Us Grow

✅ Lead regulatory strategy development for key crops and projects

✅ Prepare and submit registration dossiers, negotiating favourable outcomes with regulators

✅ Ensure product labels meet legislative and internal standards

✅ Provide expert regulatory insights to enhance product performance and stewardship

✅ Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders

✅ Represent the Regulatory Affairs team internally and externally

✅ Deliver timely registrations that support regional growth targets

You’re a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a strong scientific background and a passion for regulatory excellence. You thrive in complex environments and enjoy working across teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You’ll bring:

A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline

At least 5 years’ experience in crop protection and pesticide registration

Strong understanding of agricultural chemical regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience with innovative chemistry or complex label additions is highly regarded
