What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering next-level service by building genuine customer connections, assisting with purchases, and making every shopping experience a standout one.

Coaching and leading the team, helping them grow and creating a positive, high-performing environment.

Managing daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, and ensuring the store looks great and runs efficiently.

Supporting your team to meet store KPIs and sales targets while celebrating achievements together.

Staying agile and pitching in wherever needed in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

What You’ll Bring

A passion for retail and a natural ability to connect with customers and colleagues.

Confidence and enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Attention to detail and pride in store presentation and merchandising.

Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities

Physical stamina to manage a busy retail role including time on your feet and occasional lifting.
