We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Go (Golang) and TypeScript, who has built and scaled systems in the AdTech ecosystem. You will work on high-throughput, low-latency platforms handling real-time bidding, campaign optimization, analytics, and integrations across DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving scale and performance challenges, understands ad-serving workflows, and can own features from design to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go
Build scalable APIs and services supporting:
Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
Ad serving \& campaign delivery
Impression, click, and conversion tracking
Develop and maintain TypeScript-based services or frontend components
Work with large-scale, high-volume data pipelines
Optimize systems for low latency, high availability, and reliability
Integrate with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and third-party platforms
Collaborate with Product, Data, and DevOps teams
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and system design
Own features end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Go (Golang)
Strong experience with TypeScript (Node.js / frontend / service layer)
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs \& microservices
Solid understanding of SQL \& NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
AdTech Domain Experience (Must-Have)
Proven experience in AdTech / Programmatic Advertising
Strong understanding of:
RTB (OpenRTB preferred)
DSP / SSP workflows
Ad exchanges and bidding strategies
Campaign pacing, targeting, and optimization
Experience handling high-throughput, low-latency systems
Knowledge of impression, click, and conversion tracking
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Kafka / Pub/Sub / Kinesis
Exposure to BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake
Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, consent frameworks
Experience building real-time dashboards or reporting tools
Startup or high-growth company experience
