We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Engineering Project Manager to lead and coordinate ROM and Firmware (FW) development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on approach to daily project tracking and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of ROM and FW projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.
Daily Tracking: Drive daily progress tracking, issue resolution, and team coordination to maintain project momentum.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders across engineering, product management, quality assurance, and operations to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Planning \& Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor milestones and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in managing firmware or embedded software projects.
Strong understanding of ROM/FW development lifecycle and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
Familiarity with hardware-software integration projects.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
