The Post Order team is responsible for everything that shapes a customer’s experience from the moment an order is placed to the moment it is successfully delivered, returned, refunded, or resolved - driving trust, retention, and operational excellence across Nykaa. At Nykaa we believe that great products are built by small teams that work smart and act fast. As a creative, innovative and highly data oriented product team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Post Order team who excels in fast-paced organizations , handles ambiguity well and is eager to make a dent in the universe of Nykaa Post Order.
What you will do:
Define the Product Roadmap
Own and drive the roadmap for a critical area of our Post order vertical
Define clear success metrics and translate strategy into actionable product requirements.
Champion the Customer
Serve as the voice of the customer across the org. Deeply understand customers and their pain points and ensure solutions solve real problems.
Be Data-Driven
Independently analyze data to extract insights that shape prioritization and decision-making
Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Drive Cross-functional Alignment
Partner closely with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering
Lead through influence — communicate clearly and crisply to rally teams around the product vision and make tough trade-offs
Execute Relentlessly
Write PRDs, conduct user acceptance testing, and drive product launches
Ensure quality and speed by being hands-on at every stage of the product lifecycle
What qualities are we looking for?
Total experience of more than 6+ years
4+ years of product management experience in
B2C digital products, preferably e-commerce
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to align diverse viewpoints and drive towards outcomes
Customer-obsessed mindset — passionate about solving real problems with measurable impact
Hands-on execution — comfortable working closely with engineers and designers
Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
MBA or Master’s Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree from a top institution

: Prior experience in scaling and improving post order experience for customers.
