Our current Senior Product Manager is about deliver their best product yet and so we're on the lookout for someone great to cover their role while they're away on parental leave. As a
Senior Product Manager,
you'll help shape the future of our delivery services. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for deciding what products and services we offer, how they evolve, and how we keep them relevant, profitable, and loved by our customers.
You'll manage the full product lifecycle from spotting opportunities, designing solutions, and launching them, through to fine-tuning or retiring them. You'll work across the business (tech, operations, marketing, customer service, finance) to make things happen, and lead the Receiver squad, focused on making the experience smooth for our customers getting parcels.
This isn't a back-room role, you'll be influencing decisions, shaping roadmaps, and making sure what we deliver really works for customers and the business. The foundations have been well laid, and you'll come in and make sure we execute the plan seamlessly.

You'll know your stuff when it comes to product management, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who people genuinely enjoy working with. You'll be confident influencing across the business, building trust quickly, and bringing others on the journey. A mix of commercial acumen, customer focus, and a down-to-earth style will set you up for success here.
You'll combine that with
Proven experience in product management, ideally in a service-based or customer-focused industry
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You connect easily with people and earn trust fast
A collaborative, approachable style — you're as comfortable leading a workshop as you are rolling up your sleeves
A commercial mindset, able to balance customer needs with business outcomes
