Back-End / Full-Stack Engineer (Only looking for 2026 grads who can start full time in early 2026 i.e Jan/Feb)

San Francisco, CA (On-Site)

Compensation:

$110k–$150k + 0.05–0.2% equity \| Visa sponsorship available

This fast-growing startup is modernizing one of the world’s most outdated industries through software innovation. Their platform unifies fragmented legacy systems with modern APIs and an intuitive UI, helping teams save time, reduce errors, and operate far more efficiently.

This role is part of their New Graduate Hiring Program and is

specifically for candidates graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2026 who are able to begin full-time employment early in the new year (ideally January).

For example, if you graduate in May 2026 but can start in January 2026, you’re eligible.

💻 What You’ll Do

Build and scale backend systems processing millions of API requests per day

Integrate and modernize legacy on-prem systems via APIs

Work across backend and frontend, using your own APIs in real applications

Take ownership of complex technical problems with autonomy and impact
