Senior/Lead Software Developer – Payroll Solutions
As a Senior/Lead Software Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing business-critical software within the payroll domain. You’ll work on innovative projects such as eSigning solutions, AI-driven tools, time tracking, and international payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize end-to-end personnel administration workflows.
Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
Design and implement new HR software features and extend existing applications.
Act as the technical point of contact for the team.
Provide support and solutions in response to HR department needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET (Core), C#, Entity Framework, Angular, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful services, SQL, and stored procedures.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Strong command of English and Dutch (French is a plus).
