What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading the design, development, and deployment of applications and systems
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
Managing and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Ensuring compliance with OCBC's technology standards and best practices
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Who you are
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in application development, with a focus on leadership and management
Strong technical skills in programming languages, software development methodologies, and technology platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for innovation
