Based in Corona, Ocean Rock USA is a fast growing garden / outdoor furniture products importer/distributor, Elementi is leading brand for gas concrete fire pits, concrete furniture, patio furniture etc., with a manufacturing facility in China. We are looking for experienced inside sales representative to help us expand US and South American market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reach or exceed assigned sales goals
Understand market data and customer needs
Research and qualify prospects, conduct phone calls and visits with potential leads
Seek out new business opportunities and open new account ·
Find and manage manufacturer's sales rep
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting outreach to close
Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
Establish and maintain close relationships with clients and their decision makers
Manage and grow existing business and attend trade shows
Demonstrate full compliance to company sales and pricing guidelines
Follow up on orders, quotes, shipping, product testing and pricing
Additional projects as assigned
Aptitudes and Skills
A proven Sales professional with 3 years or more of successful progression in outdoor / garden products company
Experience building Sales teams as well as forming solid business relationships and contacts at all levels of organizations.
Outstanding organizational and analytical capabilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to recognize needs of customers. Good leadership skills, detail oriented, and accurate.
Strong verbal and written skills, as well as MS Office computer skills.
High initiative and self-directed – able to work independently.
Strong time management skills.
Associates degree or higher or equivalent
Salary: Base salary + commissions
