Marketing and Communications Manager (EU-based)
Clinglobal is a global, science-driven Animal Health services group dedicated to advancing veterinary research, innovation, and the delivery of high-quality scientific solutions. We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can operate independently and play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Development Director.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a regulated, scientific environment and enjoys creating high-quality marketing materials rather than engaging in direct, field-based sales activity.
Primary Job Purpose
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing content and digital platforms to support our commercial growth. Your work will help ensure that Clinglobal’s capabilities are communicated clearly, consistently, and compliantly across all channels.
Key focus areas include:
Creating and maintaining brochures, presentations, capability sheets, and digital content.
Managing marketing assets across websites, social media channels, and internal platforms.
Supporting the Business Development Director with strategic marketing initiatives.
Preparing client-ready materials for proposals, conferences, and events.
Ensuring marketing communications meet scientific expectations and industry standards.
Translating scientific information into compelling, market-ready messaging.
This role does not require travel-intensive sales activity; instead, it is content-driven, strategic, and operational.
Qualification, Training and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Business, Animal Health, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing or communications roles.
Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally within the Animal Health, Animal Nutrition, or Pharmaceutical frameworks.
Strong written and visual communication skills in English with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible marketing content. Other European languages will be valuable.
Demonstrated experience managing digital platforms, website content, and social media channels.
Preferred / Advantageous:
Experience in the Animal Health, CRO, pharmaceutical, or scientific services industry.
Understanding of regulatory constraints for marketing scientific or health-related services.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Other Requirements
Remote or hybrid, depending on the country.
Occasional international travel for internal meetings or events may be required.
