We are looking for
3x Product Managers
to join our
Onboarding
and
Dashboard (Account and Engagement) teams.
The Onboarding team is a small team of front-end and back-end developers working on some of Octopus Energy GBâs highest traffic journeys: the switch journeys for domestic and business properties for customers who want to switch to Octopus Energy, and the change of tenancy journey for customers who are moving into a property supplied by Octopus Energy.
The Dashboard team consists of front-end and back-end developers responsible for the Octopus Energy GB website for customers interacting with their energy consumption, payments and our loyalty programmes. The team is split across 2 subteams: Account \& Engagement.

What you'll be doing...
Work alongside stakeholders in different areas of the business and align on priorities across multiple teams/domains
Work alongside stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new feature work or enhancements.
Define the technical requirements for dependencies on other teams and clearly communicate the priority of these requests to external teams
Develop, test and release features with scalability in mind to ensure seamless launches for high traffic journeys
Scoping larger underlying system changes.
Monitoring existing customer journeys and new releases.
Work alongside Operations to test changes to and debug issues with journeys.
Regular touchpoints with Marketing to identify trends, issues or improvements across funnels.
Collaborating with multiple teams including Marketing, Ops, Credit and Design to reach a common understanding.
