Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to support marketing efforts that drive product sales, adoption, and customer retention. This role focuses on coordinating Ford PartsPlus product-related communications to both prospective and current customers, as well as trade publications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal product and marketing teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy \& Execution
Own and execute marketing plans for selected market segments.
Research, develop, present, and implement marketing strategies that support product growth and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to internal teams, driving innovative marketing initiatives across departments.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align product and marketing goals.
Content Development
Write and manage product-related content including brochures, flyers, presentations, emails, web pages, newsletters, and social media posts.
Collaborate with other marketing specialists and the manager to ensure consistent messaging.
Industry Engagement
Develop a strong understanding of the automotive parts industry.
Engage with OEM representatives, trade publications, associations, and research experts to enhance brand awareness.
Project Management
Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
Manage internal and external resources to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
Qualifications \& Experience
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3–4 years of experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably in a technology-driven or automotive industry.
Proven experience in marketing communications, including technical writing and content creation for digital and print media.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
