We’re looking for a Technical Lead who combines technical depth, people leadership, and solution-driven thinking.
You’ll guide talented engineers, shape architectures, and turn ideas into scalable, real-world solutions — all while keeping clients happy and teams inspired.
If you’re a humble tech leader who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and staying on top of new technologies (especially AI-first ones), this is for you.* Oversee full project lifecycles — from planning and development to deployment.
Define technical architectures that align with client and business goals.
Stay current with emerging tech trends / AI and bring innovation into delivery.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design smart, scalable solutions.
Maintain high standards of code quality, DevOps, and agile practices.
Support engagement and solution proposal discussions with clients when needed.
Your skills and experience
Experience: 6–8 years in tech
Exposure: Worked abroad or in international contexts.
Leadership: 2+ years of team management (hiring, coaching, evaluating).
Tech Expertise:

Backend: .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or PHP?

Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue?

Cloud \& DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Mindset: AI-first, solution-oriented, collaborative, and low-ego.
