Responsibilities:
Perform accessibility testing using manual and automated tools
Assist with accessibility audits under guidance
Fix accessibility issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Work on frontend code with accessibility as a core requirement
Maintain existing code and apply accessibility improvements
Document issues and fixes clearly for internal use
Follow engineering processes and best practices
Learn the core rules of web accessibility and how they apply to real websites
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn web accessibility standards and tools
Ability to read technical documentation and apply it
Clear communication and the ability to work in a team
Nice to have
Any exposure to accessibility topics such as WCAG or ARIA
Academic projects or self learning related to frontend development
