Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience with a successful track record in cloud migration projects; independent project completion is preferred.
Must have independently completed cloud migration projects. Minimum requirement is participation in 3-5 projects, with at least 1 project led independently. Must be familiar with the full migration process.
Candidates with a pure delivery or Operations background are not recommended.
Familiar with products and services of mainstream cloud providers.
Proficient in virtualization, container technology, networking, and storage solutions.
Willing to accept periodic business travel for projects.
Familiar with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS concepts and public/private/hybrid/multi-cloud architectures; must have an understanding of at least one public cloud.
Focus is on public cloud migration (private cloud experience is not required).
Familiar with migration engineering processes and standards, with experience using mainstream public cloud migration and data replication tools; able to independently design and implement migration plans.
Industry-recognized cloud computing certifications are preferred.
Good communication and solution design skills; capable of producing research reports and migration plans based on business scenarios and IT environments of medium-to-large enterprises, and cooperating in technical bid preparation.
Familiar with big data components is a plus.
Must be proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Age under 35.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement cloud migration projects for enterprise customers.
Analyze customer IT infrastructure and design appropriate migration solutions (virtualization, data, application migration).
Work with the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completion.
Provide technical support to solve issues during migration.
Write project documentation (migration plans, design documents, operation manuals).
Regularly communicate progress with the customer, collect feedback, and optimize the migration plan.
Track the latest cloud technology and tools to improve migration efficiency and security.
Assist in subsequent optimization and maintenance of cloud services.
