Data Engineer (Analytics-focused)
At Olio, our core focus is to make healthcare clinicians’ lives simpler and more productive by creating software that connects siloed clinical teams. We’re proud of the fact that our customers love our product, and that our work has a measurable positive impact on the lives of their patients. We’re growing fast and looking to add a Data Engineer to our team.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Data Engineer who loves turning messy, real-world healthcare data into clean, reliable assets that power analytics and decision-making across Olio. You’ll own the pipelines and models that move data from our operational systems into our warehouse, making it easy for teams to answer questions with trusted, consistent metrics. You enjoy partnering directly with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, translating them into scalable data solutions and intuitive dashboards. You are comfortable working in cloud environments (ideally AWS), writing performant SQL, and using modern ELT/ETL patterns and data engineering frameworks. You care deeply about data quality, monitor your jobs proactively, and can balance long-term platform improvements with short-term ad-hoc requests. Experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI and prior exposure to healthcare or health-tech environments is preferred.
