Role Description
We are looking for a
Product Manager / Owner
to lead the vision, design, and execution of
Loyalty \& Rewards
products across multiple markets. This role focuses on creating engagement mechanics that go beyond traditional points systems—think spin-to-win, streaks, welcome bonuses, status tiers, and surprise-and-delight incentives that drive habit formation and emotional engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine game design thinking, customer insight, and product strategy to shape how users interact with digital financial and consumer products. Candidates with experience in mobile gaming, digital commerce, or gamified consumer apps will find this role especially rewarding.
Experience \& Background
Min. 5+ years in product management/owner roles within consumer tech, mobile gaming,
fintech,
or digital commerce.
Strong track record in designing gamified experiences and reward mechanics that drive user actions.
Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is a strong plus.
Business acumen and problem-solving skills; strategy consulting experience is an advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments while managing diverse stakeholders.
Skills \& Mindset
Deep understanding of behavioural psychology, habit loops, and incentivization strategies.
Ability to connect user motivations with backend logic and data infrastructure.
Customer-first mindset with strong storytelling and design sensibility.
Hands-on experience working with engineers/designers to ship complex features.
Comfortable with A/B testing, analytics, and measurement frameworks.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, MixPanel, or similar.
