What's it all about?* You work with agile Scrum teams on innovative products for cybersecurity and for testing critical automation and control systems in the energy sector.
You create and maintain user-centered hardware and software documentation and interface texts in English.
You collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product functionality and user needs.
You analyze requirements to design helpful, intuitive, and clear user guidance.
You coordinate and oversee translation and localization projects.
You contribute to improving our documentation processes, workflows, and terminology management.
You work with the marketing team to publish additional materials related to cybersecurity, automation, and control systems.
What are we looking for?* You have strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to an expert audience.
You have a good understanding of terminology management, translation workflows, and how they impact documentation quality.
You have interest in technical topics – a technical background is a plus, but curiosity and openness toward our field of expertise are equally valued.
You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
You have creativity, flexibility, and strong time‑management skills.
You have solid proficiency in English, ideally with additional skills in German
