Role Overview

As a Product Owner at Omnizant, LLC, you will serve as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering. You will own the product backlog, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in delivering a high-quality product experience. You will also help refine our go-to-market feedback loops, ensuring that real user insights translate directly into feature improvements.

This is a hands-on role that blends product strategy, execution, QA, customer empathy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership \& Execution

Own the product roadmap and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals.

Translate high-level problems into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Work closely with Engineering and Marketing to plan releases, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Quality Assurance \& Release Readiness

Perform hands-on QA for new features, ensuring functionality meets defined requirements and UX standards.

Manage release validation, regression testing, and coordination with engineering to resolve issues.

Set quality benchmarks and help build repeatable processes for testing and validation.

Customer Discovery \& Feedback Loops

Conduct customer interviews, product discovery sessions, and structured feedback cycles.

Facilitate customer advisory boards to validate strategic direction and identify emerging needs.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to propose enhancements and new feature opportunities.

Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and industry trends, beginning with law firms and expanding into adjacent verticals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product-market fit and successful adoption.

Communicate roadmap updates, release notes, and upcoming product changes across the company.

Support user onboarding workflows and documentation in collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Required

1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong experience in UX design

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and feature documentation.

Demonstrated experience conducting QA/testing for SaaS applications.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to run customer interviews and synthesize insights into product decisions.

High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred

Experience in legal-tech, CRM, intake, or workflow automation products.

Familiarity with early-stage product discovery frameworks (e.g., JTBD, Lean UX, continuous discovery).

Exposure to AI-driven products or knowledge of LLM-driven feature development.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
