In this role, youâll shape and manage the product roadmap for data governance initiatives, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements while leading user research and discovery efforts to identify pain points and opportunities across teams handling data.Your Mission
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product specs and collaborate closely with engineers on execution
Prioritize features and improvements using data, stakeholder input, and long-term governance strategy
Communicate progress, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
Drive adoption and usability of governance tools across the organization
Improve data quality and access through scalable, user-friendly solutions
Lead key initiatives like the enterprise data catalog and Right to Be Forgotten revamp
Help define and roll out a data quality framework and governance onboarding
Align governance efforts with broader product and data strategy
Your story
3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Proven ability supporting cross-functional teams and deliver end-to-end product solutions
Experience working with data platforms, governance tools, or enterprise data systems
Strong communication skills, especially when aligning technical, business, and compliance stakeholders
Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
Has independently worked on complex initiatives involving data, compliance, or operational change
Skilled at aligning technical, business, and legal teams to deliver clear, impactful outcomes
Brings structure to ambiguity, works with autonomy, and drives progress with strong ownership
