What You Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)
5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
, specifically building CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
Strong Unix/Linux fundamentals
, including Red Hat Linux experience and the ability to install and configure services (e.g., Tomcat).
Experience driving modernization
in less mature or highly manual environments.
Scripting proficiency
in Perl or Python (Perl preferred for this role).
Familiarity with GitHub Actions
, with interest or experience in Ansible, Terraform, and containerization (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Strong communication and mentoring skills
, with the ability to guide peers toward modern engineering practices.

The projected conversion salary range for this position is $130-140k.
