We are looking for
Change Engineer
at our location in OneMobility in Vietnam - FIT Voltaira Vietnam - Hai Phong City (Former Hai Duong City)
Your tasks:
Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:
Receive and analyze technical requirements from the customer
Coordinate with R\&D or Design team to assess product feasibility
Define technical task list for new product
Coordinate and confirm DV/PV test plan
Develop and monitor engineering schedule
Prepare and review technical documentation: BOM, Drawing list, DFMEA, Specifications
Coordinate with Process and Quality Engineers to develop production and quality control processes
Follow up sample build, internal validation, and customer submission
Support QA in preparing and submitting PPAP, ISIR, Control Plan…
Support pilot run and Start of Production (SOP)
Bachelor’degree in Engineering
Good at English
Good communication skills
2–4 years of experience in product engineering, industrialization, or new project launch in manufacturing industry
Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure
Have deeply knowledge about IATF, APQP, PM, PPAP
Prior involvement in customer projects (OEM/Tier 1) or engineering changes related to product characteristics.
Hands-on experience with DFMEA, control plan, drawing interpretation, and product validation (DV/PV test) is a strong asset.
