Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
As part of a project, the candidate must be able to :
design the technical solution on the basis of the functional specifications provided by the analysis team
develop SAS Data Integration Studio routines and chaining scripts to transfer data from source operational systems to the DWH target system;
creation of ETL packages ;
test of ETL routines and integration tests;
ensure that the results of the ETL process meet the technical specifications (in close collaboration with the BI analysts);
Create the documents required by the SDLC
create procedures.
create Python code to support data science processes
understand other data scientists/power users' approaches to data science use cases
Skills
Proven experience as a SAS Developer / Data Analyst-Must Have
Proven experience with Exadata-Must Have
Proven experience with Oracle-Must Have
Proven experience with Python-Must Have
Proven experience with SAS Data Integration-Must Have
Proven experience with VTOM-Must Have
Fluent in English-Must Have
Proven experience in a DGO in Belgium-Should Have
Proven experience in the Energy sector-Should Have
Proven experience with an ETL tool, than SAS DI (Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator,...)-Should Have
Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide-Should Have
